Enamel Assembled Tank (Enamel Assembled Tank / GFS Bolted Tank)is a modular storage tank assembled from enamel-coated steel plates, special self-locking bolts, and sealing gaskets. It adopts the Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) process, which perfectly combines an inorganic glass layer with a steel base, integrating the structural strength of steel with the corrosion and chemical resistance of glass.

l Installation Method: Modular bolted assembly, short on-site construction period, no need for large lifting equipment

l Capacity Range: Customizable from 50m³ to 10,000m³ and above, flexibly adapting to different project requirements

Material Description

Enamel-coated Steel Plate: Made of high-quality low-carbon steel as the base, with an inorganic glass glaze fused to the steel surface via high-temperature sintering to form a dense enamel layer. It features acid and alkali corrosion resistance, anti-microbial adhesion, no scaling, and easy cleaning.

Sealing Gasket: Made of weather-resistant EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) or butyl rubber, maintaining elasticity in high and low temperature environments, effectively preventing tank leakage, with a service life synchronized with the tank.

Connecting Bolts: Made of hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel, with excellent rust and corrosion resistance to ensure long-term structural stability of the tank.

Accessory System: Ladders, guardrails, manholes and other accessories are made of hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel, complying with safety and corrosion resistance standards.

Core Advantages

Excellent Corrosion Resistance: The enamel layer is resistant to acids and alkalis (pH 3~11) and chemical corrosion, does not react with sewage, biogas or chemical waste liquids, avoiding tank corrosion and leakage.

 Efficient and Convenient Installation: Modular assembly only requires bolt connection on site. The construction period is more than 50% shorter than that of concrete tanks, no on-site welding is needed, and it is not affected by weather.

Extra Long Service Life: Designed service life ≥30 years, far superior to traditional welded tanks (10~15 years) and concrete tanks (about 20 years), reducing later maintenance costs.

Flexible Expansion and Relocation: Can be expanded at any time by adding steel plate modules, and can also be disassembled and relocated to other project sites, adapting to project changes.

Low Maintenance Cost: The smooth enamel surface is not easy to scale, easy to clean and maintain; the bolted connection structure facilitates local maintenance without overall shutdown.

l Environmental Protection and Safety: No welding pollution, no concrete construction dust, complying with environmental construction requirements; the tank structure is stable, with excellent earthquake and wind load resistance.

Applicable Scenarios

Wastewater Treatment Field: Equalization tanks, anaerobic tanks, aerobic tanks, sedimentation tanks, sludge storage tanks for municipal sewage and industrial wastewater (printing and dyeing, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, etc.).

Biogas Engineering Field: Biogas fermentation tanks, biogas gas holders, biogas slurry storage tanks, suitable for biomass biogas projects such as livestock and poultry breeding, kitchen waste, and straw.

Drinking Water / Reclaimed Water Storage: Urban and rural drinking water reserves, reclaimed water reuse storage. The enamel surface meets drinking water hygiene standards without secondary pollution.

Chemical and Environmental Protection Field: Temporary storage and treatment of corrosive liquids such as chemical waste liquid, acid-base waste liquid, and electroplating wastewater.

Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Field: Livestock farm manure treatment, irrigation water storage, organic fertilizer fermentation tanks.
