Pig farm manure treatment
The wastewater from pig farms mainly consists of urine, feces and trough water. The concentration of pollutants in the wastewater produced by different manure removal methods varies. At present, the main methods of manure removal in pig farms include soaking manure and mechanical scraping. Mechanical scraping can be further divided into flat scraping and V-shaped scraping. Among them, the liquid bubble manure cleaning method requires a longer soaking time for feces and urine. During the soaking process, more organic matter dissolves in the water, causing various pollution indicators to increase. Flat scraper manure is a mechanical manure cleaning method that does not separate urine and manure. The soaking time of pig manure is relatively short, and all its pollution indicators are lower than those of soaked manure. V-shaped manure scraping is a mechanical manure cleaning method that separates urine and manure. Pig manure is basically not soaked, and its various pollution indicators are relatively low.
Duckfarm manure treatment
Duck farms generally adopt dry manure removal methods or use conveyor belts to transfer manure out of the duck houses. The wastewater mainly comes from the water used for cleaning duck houses and domestic sewage. The wastewater contains a mixture of solid and liquid, and is classified as high-organic, high-nitrogen and high-phosphorus wastewater.
Cattle manure treatment
Cattle farms generally adopt mechanical manure scraping methods. The manure produced contains a large amount of fine fibers and colloids. The wastewater is characterized by high pollutant concentration, high suspended solids, high viscosity and great difficulty in separation.
Chicken manure treatment
Chicken farms generally adopt dry manure removal methods. The wastewater from chicken farms mainly comes from the water used for cleaning chicken houses and domestic sewage. The wastewater mainly contains a small amount of chicken feathers and manure and other pollutants, which are mainly reflected in pollution indicators such as COD, total suspended solids, and ammonia nitrogen. It belongs to high-concentration organic wastewater.
