Impeller Aerator

This 3-float impeller aerator is a high-efficiency oxygenation device specially designed for aquaculture, widely used in freshwater fish ponds, shrimp/crab ponds and special aquaculture ponds. By driving the impeller to rotate at high speed through the motor, it realizes full contact between water and air, rapidly increases dissolved oxygen in water, improves the aquaculture water environment, and is the core equipment to ensure the survival rate of cultured animals and increase yield.

Working Principle

· Oxygenation Principle: The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, using centrifugal force to throw water into the air to form water splashes, expand the water-air contact area, and quickly dissolve oxygen in the air into water.

· Circulation Principle: The impeller stirs and breaks the water layer, lifts hypoxic water from the bottom to the surface, and transports oxygen-rich surface water to the bottom, realizing full-water circulation, and inhibiting the accumulation of harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.
