① Verify that chains and rake teeth are intact and free from jamming.
② Ensure the liquid level differential meter displays normal values (for automatic control).
③ Manual mode: Switch the control box to the "Manual" position.
2. Startup Operation
① Press the "Start" button and confirm the machine runs in the correct direction.
② Gradually adjust the speed to the preset value (for variable frequency control).
3. Operation Monitoring
① Regularly inspect the amount of debris trapped by rake teeth and clean as needed.
② Record operating time, current, voltage, and other parameters.
