Working Principle
1. Feed and Water Distribution: The mixed liquid is pumped into the feed chamber via a booster pump, where it is evenly distributed across the surface of the rotating drum by a water distributor. 2. Dynamic Filtration: The drum rotates at a low speed of 5-15 rpm. The 0.1-10 μm microporous filter membrane retains solid impurities, allowing the liquid to pass through the membrane and exit the filtrate chamber.
2. Residue Stripping: Impurities are transported to the discharge area with the drum, where they are removed by gravity or high-pressure backwashing.
3. Automatic Control: Liquid level and differential pressure sensors monitor the flow in real time and automatically adjust the frequency or pressure in the event of blockage to ensure stable throughput.
