This carbon steel welded Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) machine is an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment independently developed and produced by our factory. The main body is made of carbon steel Q235, formed by professional welding process, and coated with epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion coating, featuring high strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The equipment generates a large number of micro-bubbles through the dissolved air system, which adhere to and float pollutants such as suspended solids, oil and grease, and colloids in the water to the water surface, and then collect and separate them by the scum scraping system. It can efficiently remove SS, petroleum, COD and other pollutants in wastewater。
It is specially optimized for Southeast Asia’s industrial wastewater scenarios, with strong corrosion resistance to handle high-temperature, high-humidity coastal environments.
