Product Description
Microporous Diffuser
The new type of flat membrane microporous diffuser is a technically mature, operationally reliable, and energy-efficient aerator, mainly used in the fields of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment. The bubbles it produces have a small diameter, diffuse evenly, and it has strong corrosion resistance, high oxygen utilization rate, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and a long service life.

Product Features
1. The traditional rubber membrane of aerators is replaced with a rubber membrane with extension compensation, which can rebound freely. This avoids membrane tearing and detachment caused by concentrated stress. A reverse-buckled structure with good sealing performance is adopted between the membrane and the support plate, greatly extending the service life and effectively preventing membrane detachment.
2. The membrane adopts an inherent check valve design—the center is designed without pores. When the air supply is cut off, under the action of water pressure and the membrane's own elasticity, the center of the membrane falls back into the hole on the tray, and the unpunched area precisely covers the air release hole, acting like a check valve to prevent liquid from flowing back into the aeration system
3. The membrane is made of imported ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, which is aging-resistant, corrosion-resistant, acid-alkali resistant, and durable. A unique connection method is used for connecting the aerator and the pipeline, making the pipeline connection more secure with better sealing performance. It can also effectively avoid connection loosening caused by vibrations during aeration operation.
